Maple Mountain High School is requiring a physical examination prior to trying out for any athletic team. They are offering onsite exams for all Fall participants for a $20 fee. The doctors are volunteering their time and the money will go directly to the athletic department.
Onsite physicals will be offered:
Wednesday, July 28, 2010 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday, July 31, 2010 7:00am - 9:00pm
Please make sure that you have a form filled out and signed by a doctor prior to the Monday August 2nd try-out.
